Design Approach

The clients brief was for a modern apartment that emphasizes an open yet simple layout. These
apartments consists of different typologies of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and three
bedroom units.
All units are East or West facing with private outdoor spaces separated from pedestrians or
motorists lanes by plantings which also provide a sense of enclosure and privacy.
