Design Approach

The client's brief was for a modern apartment that emphasizes an open yet simple layout. These apartments consist of different typologies of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and three-bedroom units.
All units are East or West facing with private outdoor spaces separated from pedestrians or motorists' lanes by plantings which also provide a sense of enclosure and privacy.
